Consultations are a great way to get started with massage and bodywork. This allows time to obtain an assessment and get an idea of what you as the client are looking for or goals you would like to see within the sessions.

Bodywork
Cupping
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.
Rehab Session
This service provide extra support during your rehabilitation journey. This service provides manual therapy and assisted sretch or exercise. This service does NOT substitute your physical therapy prescribed by your doctor. As a LMBT, I do NOT prescribe stretch or exercise. I only assist and suggest. Please be specific when booking on what the injury is and have any PT being done thus far. MD/PT clearance may be required. Safety first.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a hands-on approach that targets specific problematic areas of the body.
Thermabliss Hot Stones
Thermabliss Hot Stones provide heat to the muscles to decrease tightness. The stones also have multifunctional end that can used for trigger point relief.
TMJ Massage
This includes working intra-orally (inside the mouth) to help the muscles that are unable to be reached outside of the mouth. This technique combined with neck and shoulder work is very effective to help reduce the pain and tightness associated with acute and chronic TMJ disorders. In some cases the hips and lower body needs work as well. The 90 minute will include lower body work.
60 minutes includes- Intra-Oral, neck and shoulder
90 minutes includes- Intra-Oral,upper and lower body
TMJ Medley
The TMJ Medley is our signature massage for those who are suffering with TMJ pain. This wonderful massage is a beautiful blend of hot towels to relax the muscles, intra-oral work, therapeutic techniques applied to the neck, shoulders and upper back, and ending with a nice cool down using cool jade rollers on the face. This service is only offered for 90/120 minutes.

At-Home Massage
This service is HOME based, I will travel to you. A phone consultation will be done prior to appointment to ensure safety. Contact information is REQUIRED!
This service is customized for your particular needs. Relaxation, Deep tissue, lymphatic drainage( Non- Post op) are a few suggestions. If you know what you would like, please specify in the note section of the booking. Consultations are available if your are unsure.
Chair Massage
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.
Senior In-Home 65+
This service is HOME based and designed for seniors, I will travel to you. A phone consultation will be done prior to appointment to ensure safety. Contact information is REQUIRED! Sometimes appointments need to be closer together to be beneficial. A series does just that, with the benefit of a discounted rate.
Recovery Plan Series
4 × 45 minute sessions, $221. Therapeutic Massage.
This series provides a discounted rate for close together appointments to help resolve and acute ailment. This service is for therapeutic bodywork to address a specific issue. Sometimes appointments need to be closer together to be beneficial, this series does just that with the benefit of a discounted rate. ** These appointments must be used within a month of purchase**

Where is the office?
Chasity Nelson Massage and Bodywork is at 900 Old Winston Rd, Suite 116, Kernersville, NC 27284.
When can I book?
The office is open Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 3:30 PM. Saturday is by appointment only, so please call (336) 831-3194 for a Saturday. Monday and Sunday are closed.
I'm not sure what I need. Where do I start?
Consultations and assessments are available for those who are unsure of what they need or how massage can benefit them. The 15-minute Consultation/Assessment is free.
Do you treat TMJ?
Yes. Chasity specializes in caring for those who suffer from TMJD, with TMJ Massage (intra-oral work with neck and shoulder work) and the TMJ Medley, the signature massage for TMJ pain.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. At-Home Massage, Senior In-Home 65+ and Chair Massage are home based: Chasity travels to you. A phone consultation will be done prior to the appointment to ensure safety, so contact information is required.
Do you offer lymphatic drainage after surgery?
No. Chasity provides wellness lymphatic massage, which is not post-op lymphatic drainage massage.
What if I need to cancel?
Full payment is required for less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, and for a no show or missed appointment.
What if I'm running late?
Arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
