Questions
How do I book?
Book a treatment online any time: pick a treatment and a length, then a therapist. Couples massage, bath passes, and visits paid with a gift card are booked by call or text: 505-289-0495.
Where are you, and when are you open?
1218 Broadway NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Open daily 12-8, except Wednesdays 3:30-8 and Sundays 12-6:30. Doors open 10 minutes before, and the baths close 30 minutes earlier. Hours change with staff and holidays.
What are the baths?
A solar-heated hot tub (104°), an authentic Finnish cedar sauna (170-190°), a cold plunge and a garden courtyard to rest in. They're communal and co-ed, with no more than six guests at a time. A bath pass is $25 for an hour or $45 for two, $10 off with a massage. Memberships are available.
How do I reserve a bath pass?
Call or text 505-289-0495. Reservations are required. Your time starts when it's booked, even if you arrive late, includes time to shower, and doesn't include re-entry.
What do I bring?
Just a swimsuit: swimsuits are required in the hot tub and sauna. Robes, sandals, lockers and showers are provided for bath passes, and robes are yours on request with any spa service.
When should I arrive?
5 to 10 minutes early, so there's time to get settled and see the spa. Treatment times include your consultation and dressing. A late treatment ends on time, at the full price, as a courtesy to the next guest.
Do I need to tell you about health conditions?
Yes, please: tell us about pregnancy, high blood pressure, allergies or other concerns when you book. You'll fill in a medical intake form before your treatment so we can tailor it to you. If you're undergoing serious medical treatment, contact us before booking.
Is there an age limit?
Spa services are for guests 18 and over; ages 10-17 at management's discretion, with a parent or guardian in the room. No one under 14 in the baths, and 14-17 with an adult.
Anything else to know?
It's a quiet space: please speak softly and no phone calls inside. Complimentary coffee, tea and water are on us; no outside food or drink except water (no glass). Shoes and shirts inside, please. Disruptive behavior is charged $50 per person, per incident.
How do I pay, and should I tip?
We take cash, debit and all major credit cards. Gratuity is encouraged for excellent service: 20% is standard. Prices may change without notice.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, online any time, sent by email. Gift cards are non-refundable and expire 5 years from purchase. To book a visit paid with a gift card, call or text 505-289-0495.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation or change with less notice, or a missed appointment, is charged the full price of the service. Arriving 15 minutes or more after your start time counts as a no-show.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go back to the original form of payment only. Gift cards are non-refundable.
