How do I book?
Request a time online and I'll confirm it with you, or call or text (509) 355-5950.
Where are you, and how do I check in?
Inside de Soleil Salon & Spa, 22 W Indiana Ave, Spokane, WA 99205, with free parking. Check in at the reception desk and let them know you're here for your massage with Nivara Massage; I'll come out to greet you and take you to your private treatment room. Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
What are your hours?
Sunday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Monday and Tuesday 4:30-7:00 PM, Thursday to Saturday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM. Closed Wednesday.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment; later cancellations are charged the full amount of the service. Unforeseen things happen, and I'll do my best to work with you case by case.
How can I pay?
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit, cash, check, and buy now, pay later.
Is cupping extra?
No: cupping can be added to any massage at no extra charge.
Do you work with auto accident (PIP) claims?
Yes. Open your PIP claim, then contact Nivara Massage with your insurance company, claim number, accident date, adjuster's details and any referring provider. I'll verify your benefits before treatment begins (verification isn't a guarantee of payment) and bill your claim directly when I can. PIP visits are 60-minute therapeutic massage sessions, documented as part of your clinical record.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes: 60, 90 or 120 minutes, customized for your comfort during pregnancy.
Do you come to weddings?
Yes: on-site wedding day massage for brides, grooms and wedding parties, from $200 per person for 60 minutes.
Do you have memberships?
Yes: one massage a month, 60 minutes for $90, 90 for $130, or 120 for $170. They renew monthly, unused sessions roll over, and you can cancel any time.
Do you have packages?
Yes: 3, 5 or 10 massages at 60, 90 or 120 minutes, from $285 for three 60-minute massages.
Is there a discount for first responders?
Yes: 20% off a 60-minute massage for emergency personnel, nurses and their immediate families, and for individuals and families affected by the recent fires. Hot towels are ready, and cupping is always free. Mention it when you book.
Can I sponsor a senior's massage?
Yes: $40 sponsors a 30-minute massage and $70 a 60-minute massage for an older adult in our community who might not otherwise have access to it. Call or text (509) 355-5950.
