Cupping uses a special device to create suction on the skin in specific places to promote blood flow to the affected area. This helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and deep tissue problems.
Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese healing technique using a smooth bladed tool to “scrape” the muscles. This brings blood to the affected area to reduce tension, inflammation, and promote healing.
One of our most popular items. Hot stone massage uses smooth, heated stones to provide warmth and relax tight muscles and relieve tension. This encourages the body to detox and naturally heal by increasing lymph flow. Not to mention, it just feels good!
Unlike traditional massage, Lymphatic drainage massage uses a very light pressure to mobilize the lymphatic system. Starting with opening the lymph nodes themselves, a brushing motion is used to flush the lymph to major drainage areas such as the groin, armpits, and neck. This relieves swelling (lymphedema) that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system from flowing properly.
Similar to the typical Swedish or relaxation massage except for a few modifications to body position and avoiding danger zones that will ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby. It aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation, and just make you feel good.
