Elise Procell
Elise has been doing massage for eight years and specializes in medical cupping, neuromuscular and sports massage. She is dedicated to clients living with chronic and acute pain: hip pain, sciatica, lower back pain, tension headaches, tingling or numbness in the arms and fingers, and frozen shoulders. Her mix of therapeutic massage, neuromuscular work and medical cupping, and a medical background helping patients reach their goals without surgery, gives her a real edge in helping you win over pain and stress. Certified in neuromuscular therapy, medical cupping, kinesiology taping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
Kathy Willard
Kathy's goal is to give her clients victory over stress and chronic pain. She spent six years with a local hospital, helping patients succeed without surgery such as lumbar and cervical fusions, and she offers client-centred, science-based manual therapy delivered with compassion and skill. She is Board Certified through the NCBTMB, a Certified Orthopedic Massage Therapist with Myoskeletal Alignment Level IV, and certified in kinesiology taping, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and compression bands. She also has a special heart for infant and pediatric massage, and as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor she teaches parents a loving, therapeutic touch for their little ones.
