1210 Sycamore Square Dr, Suite 102, Midlothian, near Route 288 and Midlothian Turnpike. We're on the right side of the building (steps and a wheelchair ramp), the first office on your right inside. The spots in front are reserved for tenants: please park at the Chesterfield Senior Center next door, by the basketball courts and park. After 5 PM the main door has a keypad; we'll usually prop it open, and let us know if you need help getting in.

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; closed Sunday. Hours may change on holidays.

Yes. You become financially responsible for the appointment, and the person you book for agrees to all of our policies, including the cancellation and no-show fees. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to book, sign the intake form and be in the room for every treatment.

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee, to the card on file or from a membership session, package or credit. More than 15 minutes late is also a full session charge, and late arrivals may have a shorter session. Changing the length of a session also needs 48 hours' notice.

Please don't come if you're sick or contagious (flu, fever, stomach bug, skin infection, lice). Cancellation fees still apply inside 48 hours, and a doctor's note may be needed before rescheduling in some cases.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. A card on file is required to book, and first-time clients prepay their first appointment. All payments are final.

Please arrive 10 minutes early with your forms completed (sessions end on time), and skip perfume, cologne, scented products and smoking before your session. Massage is therapeutic and non-sexual, and draping is used at all times.

Yes: mobile massage at your home, office, senior community or hospice facility in Chesterfield, Chester, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Powhatan and Richmond. 60 minutes $120, 90 minutes $165, 120 minutes $220, paid in advance; a $0.70 per mile fee may apply past 25 miles. We don't travel to hotels, motels or hospitals. Call 804-837-4292 and we'll schedule it with you.

Yes: Ryan is at the Brandermill Woods Wellness Center on Wednesdays, for residents only (30 minutes $52, 45 $62, 60 $88, 90 $120), paid with your key fob. Call or text 804-837-4292 to schedule and let him know you're a resident. No Wednesday times left? The office is about 10 minutes away.

Face & Scalp Massage (+15 minutes, $10), Hot Synergy Stones (+15 minutes, $15), Cupping Therapy ($10), Red Light Therapy ($10), Muscle Recovery Massage Oil ($10), Arnica Cream ($5), Biotone Polar Lotion ($5) and warm towels (free). Arnica and warm towels aren't available for mobile massage.

Yes: one or two sessions a month at 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, from $45 a month. They renew monthly; you can carry one unused session into the next month, gift a session with 48 hours' notice, pause up to twice and cancel any time. Not for mobile massage.

Yes: three sessions at 60, 90 or 120 minutes with $10 off each ($240, $345 or $465), good for 6 months.

Yes: refer a friend, co-worker, neighbor or family member and get a $10 credit toward your next session or add-ons.
