Lorna Douglas founded Arch Wellness. She began as a licensed massage therapist in 2011, contracting with chiropractic offices and caring for clients in medical and doctors' offices, and in 2017 took the leap into her own massage and skincare practice. Teaching students made her a student again: she trained in lymphedema and oncology care and is now a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), trained in Oncology Massage and Oncology Esthetics. Every service is tailored to you, including for clients facing health challenges.
Baby steps
Where it started
Lorna remembers the beginning, filled with nervousness. It was the 'bing' from the email alerts that would shift the ambiance: a new appointment! She had training beyond training and had read countless education pieces, but it was the realization that she had to put it all into action. She took a deep breath and took the leap.
Lorna started out her journey as a licensed massage therapist in 2011. With her new achievement, she contracted with chiropractor agencies and worked as a sole proprietor for many clients in medical offices and doctors' offices.
