Massage therapy & bodywork
Come in for an experience that'll leave you feeling better than when you first walked in. Each session focuses on your areas of concern to relieve aches and pain, decrease inflammation, improve your posture, minimize tension and increase your range of motion: sciatic pain, back pain, stress in the neck and shoulders, or elbow pain. Massage therapy may include hot or cold stones, CBD oil, deep tissue trigger point therapy and stretching.
What we do
A deep, customized assisted-stretching session to lengthen tight muscles, improve circulation, reduce tension and increase your range of motion, whether you're an athlete, dealing with stiffness or simply want to move with more ease. Please wear sports or yoga attire: this session is performed fully clothed.

Prenatal & postnatal massage
Specially designed for expectant mothers, prenatal massage is a safe and soothing way to relieve pregnancy discomfort: gentle, nurturing techniques ease back pain, reduce swelling, improve circulation and promote relaxation for mom and baby, with supportive cushions for maximum comfort. Recommended for all trimesters.
After pregnancy, postnatal massage relieves muscle tension, promotes healing, restores alignment and reduces swelling, whether you need relief from nursing-related tension or simply a moment to unwind.
What we do
Rebalance and rejuvenate after pregnancy. Gentle pressure, warm oil and nurturing touch ease tension in the back, shoulders and hips, calm the nervous system and decrease swelling. 75 minutes adds a soothing scalp or abdominal massage (if desired); 90 minutes adds warm compresses and optional abdominal work or extra foot massage: a full reset for tired, touched-out moms.

Facial & skin care treatments
Experience a facial filled with antioxidants, designed to nourish and boost hydration in your skin. Our facials suit all skin types and those in need of restoration, from acne and hyperpigmentation to simply relaxing, and focus on your skin type: oily, dry, normal/combination or sensitive. Each facial includes a personalized skin analysis.

Cleanse, exfoliate and treat the often-neglected skin on your back: deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions if needed and a soothing hydrating mask, finished with a relaxing massage. For back acne, dryness or smooth, healthy skin before a special event.
A deeper exfoliation (enzyme, light chemical and deincrustation) to loosen congestion and soften impurities, preparing the skin for thorough extractions and corrective treatment.

Manual lymph drainage (MLD) & post-surgical services
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a unique, gentle massage technique that helps lymph drain out of a limb into an area that drains normally. After surgery, the lymphatic channels are disrupted and take about two to three months to make new connections; fluids can harden, which is often painful. A post-operative massage prevents and treats this hardening by reducing inflammation and promoting circulation. MLD is performed as a customized full-body session or on targeted areas after an operation.
