Meet Ashley
Ashley Urquhart is the founder and owner of award-recognized massage practice A&M Massage and Bodywork and of AU Method of Massage Education, where she is dedicated to advancing the massage therapy profession through education, specialized techniques and professional development. She was selected as Author of the Year at the International Impact Book Awards 2026.
Ashley graduated from Parker University School of Massage in 2009 and has kept expanding her knowledge and clinical skills ever since. Her journey into continuing education began with intra-oral TMJ massage therapy, a specialty she has studied, practiced, refined and developed over the years to help other massage therapists confidently bring it into their own practice.
She began teaching in 2020 and became an NCBTMB-approved continuing education provider, teaching Licensed Massage Therapists. Her courses emphasize practical application, with a strong focus on hands-on learning.
