Cancellations and transfers

Classes and courses are non-refundable. You can transfer credit to a future class; the credit has to be used within one year. If you can't make it, you forfeit the credit.

If the instructor cancels, another instructor will fill in, or you can transfer credit to the following class or receive a full refund. Expect up to 7 business days to receive it.

Payment plans are available only for coaching and one-on-one teacher training: ask before you book.
