Signature Massage
Every session begins with a consultation and assessment to understand your goals and how your body is feeling that day. Your massage is then customized to reduce pain, relieve tension, improve mobility, calm the nervous system and support your overall wellness. Hot stones, cupping, gua sha, aromatherapy, CBD, scratch therapy and stretching are all included, never an upgrade. 90 minutes gives additional time for focused therapeutic work or a full-body treatment; 120 minutes is ideal for multiple areas of concern, or the ultimate therapeutic and relaxation experience.

Lymphatic drainage
Gentle, rhythmic, restoring
Customized after a review of your health history. Immediate post-operative lymphatic drainage isn't offered at this time.

A gentle, rhythmic technique that supports lymphatic flow, customized to you after a review of your health history. Please note: I do not currently offer immediate post-operative lymphatic drainage.

Which massage should I book?
Just choose how much time you'd like. You don't have to know what your body needs: every session begins with a consultation and is customized to your goals and how you feel that day.
Are hot stones or cupping extra?
No. Every session is all-inclusive: hot stones, cupping, gua sha, aromatherapy, CBD, scratch therapy and stretching are used as your body needs them, never as an upgrade.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes, in 60 or 90 minutes, with specialized positioning and bolstering for comfort and support.
Do you offer lymphatic drainage after surgery?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is 75 minutes, customized after a review of your health history. Mary doesn't currently offer immediate post-operative lymphatic drainage.
