Every massage here is customized to you: Swedish for full-body relaxation, deep tissue for pain, spasms and tension, or sports massage with stretching and compression for flexibility and tired, overworked muscles. Tell your therapist what you need. Every massage of 30 minutes or more comes with complimentary hot stones, hot towels and an essential oil of your choice, and there are no hidden fees.
Penetrating heat from smooth, warmed stones relieves tense muscles and sore joints. Combined with Swedish techniques, it's a thoroughly relaxing experience.
A gentle massage for the cramps, spasms and aches pregnancy brings to the lower back, neck, hips and legs, in a safe semi-reclined and side-lying position with body pillows for comfort. You must be through your first trimester.

Every massage of 30 minutes or more comes with two to four warm stones, hot towels and an essential oil you choose. No upgrades to ask for and no hidden fees.

Focused work
Manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and a quick chair massage, fully clothed.
A fully clothed massage in our chair that improves circulation, stimulates muscles and eases tension in the back, neck and shoulders.
A specialized medical massage of gentle, rhythmic, slow skin-stretching movements that move lymphatic fluid from swollen areas toward the lymph flow that's draining well. This 'decongesting' supports the immune system, reducing swelling and pain, and it's deeply relaxing.
A foot and hand massage that stretches and presses reflex areas corresponding to organs and other parts of the body.

Scalp massage and pressure points, deep cleansing and nourishing conditioning, with a cup of organic tea. Thirty or sixty minutes of uninterrupted relaxation, and a self-serve drying station afterwards (we don't do blow-outs).
