Custom massage & FST

Custom Massage

60 min $150 · 90 min $200 · 120 min $250

Our custom massages are tailored to your needs and aren't specific to one technique. Michael uses all of his knowledge and skills (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, myofascial, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Active Release Technique, reflexology and more) and asks you questions to figure out what's going on, then customizes the session to you. Every session starts with a mini consultation on your problem areas. One price: deeper pressure costs no more than a light, relaxing massage. Included if you wish: hot towels, aromatherapy oils and Deep Blue rub on an area you choose. For anything longer than 2 hours, please call and ask.

Stretching (FST)

60 min $150 · 90 min $200 · 120 min $250

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a unique, pain-free, assisted stretching system that focuses on the fascia and joint capsule to achieve optimal flexibility, strength, balance, agility, proprioception, performance and pain relief. Unlike traditional stretching that isolates individual muscles, FST targets entire fascial nets, releasing tension and creating space in the joints. It improves physical function and can also improve sleep and reduce stress. Michael is certified in Level 1 & 2 FST.

Cupping & hot stones

Take it to the next level

Cupping decompresses soft tissue with gentle suction, unlike other massage that compresses it. It's very relaxing and generally not painful: you'll feel a pulling of the skin, then warmth and redness from the increased blood flow. It helps tight muscles, scars, lack of mobility and general pain. Cupping is a $20 add-on. Ask about adding hot stones to your session.
