What we do
Fertility massage improves circulation to the abdomen and surrounding areas and eases stress throughout the body, through a series of gentle, noninvasive treatments using three to four techniques a session; it can support conception and IVF. On your first visit, the first 15 minutes are for your health history, your concerns and a treatment plan. Unlike other massages, the main focus is the abdomen: a sports bra is suggested but not required.
At 39 weeks or more, a treatment that MAY help bring on labor: full-body massage, acupressure, reflexology and therapeutic-grade essential oils to help your body get ready for birth. We can't guarantee it, but either way you'll feel a lot better. You must be 39+ weeks and have your health provider's approval (a doctor's note may be needed). No cancellation fee: please give us as much notice as you can.
Giving birth is miraculous, but it puts your body through a lot. Starting within 5 days of delivery, a soothing full-body massage to ease pain and stress and help you leave feeling emotionally and physically better and rested. We keep using body support cushions for comfort, and we understand what comes with new motherhood (leaking breasts, swelling and more). Have an infant 16 weeks or younger? Ask about our mommy and me days.
Massage for the mother-to-be, to relieve the aches, swelling and tension of pregnancy. Our bodyCushion support system lets you lie face down at any stage of pregnancy, with no pressure on your breasts, belly or bladder. Pressure ranges from light and soothing to deeper therapeutic work: just tell your therapist. If you've been diagnosed as high risk, please wait until 12-13 weeks and check with your physician before booking.

Open to everyone. Focused, heated treatment for soft tissue pain, using myofascial release, frictions and Swedish techniques to reduce and eliminate pain and bring you to the perfect point of relaxation. Helpful for low back and hip pain, plantar fasciitis, stress, digestive complaints and more. Treatments may include heated towels, hot stones and essential oils. Expecting or recently delivered?
